This is Windows 8.1 which has been updated or updated more recently with a better and more comfortable metro user interface to improve system performance and security, in this version it is bundled with the latest MS Office 2021 so you no longer need to do a separate installation besides that this is immediately active during the installation process.
If you want to install Windows 8.1 with a different version of Microsoft Office you can download and use Microsoft Office 2007 Enterprise Portable, this version is much lighter and does not require installation.
