FolderSync enables simple synchronization to cloud-based storage to and from local folders on the device’s SD card. It supports a variety of different cloud providers and file protocols, and support for more platforms is being added continuously. Root file access is supported on rooted devices.

Required to determine the current network state
ACCESS_WIFI_STATE
Required to access info about the current WiFi state (SSID, etc.)
CHANGE_NETWORK_STATE/CHANGE_WIFI_STATE
Both must be allowed to turn WiFi on and off
