“Scan to PDF“: Automatically renames the document and specifies the export folder. Generates indexed and compressed PDF files.
“Archiving“: Helps classify documents quickly based on predefined naming conventions. Documents will be sorted automatically into a predefined filing system.

IRISmart Security fully utilizes data from scanned ID cards and passports. Once processed, the data will be stored in a daily folder containing a central Excel file and associated document images.
Compatible with most scanners available on the market. You can also work with local files by importing files directly into the software.
Machine-readable zone (MRZ) recognition on passports and ID cards. Data found within the MRZ zone, such as first name, last name, nationality and more, will be extracted for identification and validation.
Text recognition (OCR) to automatically recognize characters. You do not need to type in the information manually, just use the mouse to select the text area to be recognized.
